SERVICE LABOR RATES: (Warranty, Service Contract Customers)
Cost for warranty service calls or labor charges for additions or programming are listed below. Escalated rates are time and one half.

Telephone Technician - Inter-Tel platform $115.00 per hour
($115.00 for 1st hour then $110.00 per hour)

Non-Contract Customers

SERVICE LABOR RATES: (Non-Warranty, Non Service Contract Customers)
Escalated rates are time and one half.

Telephone Technician - Inter-Tel platform $150.00 per hour
($150.00 for 1st hour then $140.00 per hour)

Pricing: for 10 Visits per year during normal business hours
