My Protel experience began at the Blubird Cafe with my brother Dave. After lunch he told me he had the perfect job for me, CSR for his new company.

"Alright," I said.
"Just what is it and when do I start?"

My main focus is end user training for customers on the Inter-Tel and Mitel endpoints, as well the other various software applications that we sale.

My goals for the future at ProTel are to familiarize myself with the new Mitel system. I want to know the ins-and-outs of each of them, just as well as I know the Inter-Tel system. I'm currently focused on taking the online classes for Mitel.

At each training session my goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with their service and over all experience with ProTel.

I enjoy taking care of my pets and saltwater fish tank.
