Inter-Tel's RealViewer provides user with the visibility to know what's happening in their department in real time. Visual alarms indicators alert employees when configurable thresholds are exceeded. A display of up to 200 different performance statistics assist in an increase in agent motivation.

Statistics can be view:

  • Across the telephone system
  • For a particular agent
  • For a group of extensions
  • For a particular event

You can also view the number of agents currently in the busy state, for example, or the number of inbound calls currently waiting to be answered. In addition, information can be filter based on group, DID number, telephone number, etc.
