I am a project manager and trainer at ProTel. My main focus is programming new phone system installs. I also train customers on the various call accounting applications that we offer.

I work at ProTel because I am consistently challenged and learning - because change is a constant. As our products are constantly improving, I feel I am one of many key people here that help pass information to our valued customers. I love the feeling of helping other people, which makes their lives easier.

I have worked here for almost five years because my brilliant and amazing co-workers are by my side at any given moment with help and constructive criticism that allows me to learn and grow in a positive environment.

One of the goals I've set for myself in working here is to get my CTP (Certified Telephony Professional) certification. This certification is the gateway to everything that I want. It's a requirement for basically any classes I will be taking in the future. So as soon as I have my CTP I will have a limitless amount of information at my finger tips.

I am a certified programmer for Axxess and CS-5000 phone systems, as well as for the Contact Center Suite.

When I'm not working I like to take road trips and see new places. I love camping and four-wheeling. I also love to read - especially books that help me think outside the box and spark my mind about self-growth and improvement. Right now I'm actually taking care of a 200 gallon salt water fish tank and two birds.
