I work in new product line development, IP networking, VoIP implementation, purchasing and inventory management, technical sales and support, CTI deployments, and PBX systems.

In my professional career, I want to be associated with a small company where I can have a direct impact on the customers we serve and the success of the company. In a previous job, I utilized ProTel's products and services to build a call center that facilitated one million calls per month and increased revenues by over 500% in a 3 year period. Those five years as a ProTel customer showed me that ProTel was the kind of organization I wanted to be associated with because of its quality products and high level of service.

Now, as part of the ProTel team, I want to continue to provide the highest quality of service and support to our customers and to my fellow employees. I am committed to continual learning and improvement, particularly in the arenas of business, VoIP, and networking. I am also committed to helping ProTel, and our customers, grow and increase in profitability and success.

I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Brigham Young University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah (Eccles School of Business).

I have eight years of experience with Inter-Tel telephony products, and am certified in Samsung OfficeServ Systems and Mitel 3300 ICP Systems. I am also Convergent Technologies Professional (CTP) certified.

I am originally from Southern California, and some of my pastimes include mountain and road biking, snowboarding, backpacking, camping, hiking, surfing, playing the piano and guitar, vocal performance, home improvement, and travel.

My wife, Marianne, and I just had our first child, a little girl we named Adelaide, at the end of May.
