How to Use Desi Labeling Software

• Double click the DESI LITE icon on your desktop.
• When it opens a "Tip of the Day" will pop-up, click okay.
• Press ctrl + N or at the top of the page go to Extension, and click on New Extension.
• The Add Extensions will pop up. In the first box title it however you like (i.e. Gracie EXT. 138)
• In the Product Family Box select the Inter-Tel Axxess 8000 Series. Or Samsung and the model of Samsung phone.
• The Model box is to the right of Product Family. Select the type of phone that you have.
• Note: if you are labeling a 50 button DSS the Model is 8500 50-Button DSS. Or if your phone has a large or small display the model is 8520/8560 digital display.
• Click okay and your template will appear.
• Fill in the boxes with the appropriate extensions or names press Tab to move onto the next box.
• You are able to change the font if you need, by highlighting the text that needs to be altered and click Format on the task bar at the top of your page.
