Daylight Savings Setting

In the United States Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. local time on the second Sunday in March and ends at 2:00 a.m. local time on the first Sunday in November. When Daylight Saving Time begins turn your clocks ahead one hour. When Daylight Saving Time ends turn your clocks back one hour.

Here are some tips on how to change the Daylight saving setting on your phone.

Axxess Telephone System

• At any phone with Admin Features - with the handset down. Dial 9800
• The date should be correct, press accept on the display or press #
• The time will appear with an option to clear.
• Enter the correct time using 2 digits for the hour and two digits for the minutes, press accept or press #
• Then press AM or PM
• Lift and replace the handset

Samsung System

• Press the Transfer key.
• Prompt: ENTER PGM ID: Enter 200
• Prompt: PASSCODE: Enter 1234
• Display shows: DISABLE
• Press 1 to change to ENABLE
• Press the Speaker key
• Enter 505
• Current Date/Time shows in the format: WMMDDYY:HHMM
• W = Week Day where 1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, etc.
• HH = hour in military format
• Enter a new Date/Time in the same format. Once the last digit is pressed it will automatically save.
• For example: 3102908:1645 is what you would enter for Wednesday, October 29th, 2008 @ 4:45 pm
• Press the Transfer key to exit.
